Effective April 28, 2012 we have elected a new President - Kevin Grochowalski! (See our contact page). His term along with our Director Marion's will run through 2014.
BECA II is located in Lake Ann, Michigan, approximately 12 or so miles west of Traverse City. We are the site condo association for homes located on Aimee Lane, Easy Street, Bent Pine Drive, Ridge View Drive and Beechridge Drive in Lake Ann. Take a drive by and view some of our homes that are for sale! We love it here "Up North!"
A little bit about us: We are a designated wooded and wildlife community. Our developer planned it that way! We love our trees and wooded lots! No open spaces for us! We have a couple of homes that are designated WILDLIFE HABITATS. We love it that way! We are also a community of people from all walks of life - seniors, young families and middle agers. We welcome everyone! You will see people walking dogs, pushing strollers and riding bikes here! You will also see deer strolling down the street and hummingbirds from May until they head south in September! Thanks for visiting us and check out the rest of our site!
